Battery range depends on the model, rider weight, terrain, and assist level used, but most of our electric bikes offer a range of 40–100+ km per charge under normal riding conditions. Riding in a lower pedal-assist mode on flat terrain will get you the most distance, while hills, cold weather, or throttle-only riding will reduce range. Battery lifespan (before needing replacement) is typically 500–1,000 full charge cycles, or several years of regular use.

Most Bikea e-bike batteries fully charge in 4–6 hours using the included charger. Many riders top up overnight or during the workday, so the bike is always ready to go. A partial charge (for a quick top-up) can take as little as 1–2 hours.
