Electric Bike Refund Policy Canada – Returns & Exchanges
Our electric bike refund policy in Canada allows eligible products to be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the return conditions.
Electric Bikes
To qualify for a return, electric bikes must:
• Be in like-new condition.
• Include the battery, charger, keys, manuals, and all original accessories.
• Show no signs of misuse or accidental damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or special-order products.
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
• Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
