Question 1

1. What types of electric bikes do you sell?

Accepted Answer

We offer commuter, mountain, folding, fat-tire, and cargo electric bikes to suit different riding styles and needs. Whether you're commuting through city streets, tackling off-road trails, or need a compact bike that folds for storage or transit, we carry models built for that specific use case.

Question 2

2. Do you ship across Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bikeastore ships electric bikes and accessories across Canada with free standard shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times and complete shipping information.

Question 3

3. How long does the battery last?

Accepted Answer

Battery range depends on the model, rider weight, terrain, and assist level used, but most of our electric bikes offer a range of 40–100+ km per charge under normal riding conditions. Riding in a lower pedal-assist mode on flat terrain will get you the most distance, while hills, cold weather, or throttle-only riding will reduce range. Battery lifespan (before needing replacement) is typically 500–1,000 full charge cycles, or several years of regular use.

Question 4

4. How long does it take to charge the battery?

Accepted Answer

Most Bikea e-bike batteries fully charge in 4–6 hours using the included charger. Many riders top up overnight or during the workday, so the bike is always ready to go. A partial charge (for a quick top-up) can take as little as 1–2 hours.

Question 5

5. Do your bikes come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bikeastore electric bikes are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand, model and component. Please review the warranty information provided with the product or contact Bikeastore for warranty details before purchasing.

Question 6

6. Can I test ride an electric bike?

Accepted Answer

Bikeastore is an online retailer and does not currently offer in-person test rides. If you have questions about a specific model, sizing, comfort, or features, please contact our customer support team before purchasing.

Question 7

7. What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for full terms and exclusions.

Question 8

8. Do you provide maintenance and repairs?

Accepted Answer
